Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the request form.
The data controller is Kickstart David, LLC, trading as EpicLife.ai — and formerly as Chris Howard Training, under which name some of the information we hold was originally given to us. We expect to transfer this role to EpicLife AI LLC; if that happens, this page will be updated and anyone whose information we hold will be told.
For anything on this page — including a request to see or delete your information — write to support@chrishowardtraining.com / support@chrishoward.com.
When you request a seat, we collect only what you enter:
That submission is emailed to our support team so someone can reply to you. We use it to answer your enquiry and to arrange a seat. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people and services listed below.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch. If we later add you to a marketing list, that is a separate decision and we will ask first.
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising pixels. No tracking of any kind.
We do not know how many people visit this site, which pages they read, or where they came from. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses — for security and to keep the service running, in the ordinary way any website is served.
If we ever add analytics, this page will say so before it happens.
Two service providers, and only these two:
Both are established providers acting on our instructions. Both are based in the United States, which means information you send us is processed there.
If your enquiry does not lead anywhere, we delete it after 24 months. If you become a member, we keep your details for as long as you are one, and for as long afterwards as we are required to for tax and accounting.
You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point, and we will.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR and the GDPR give you the right to ask for a copy of what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
We honour these requests wherever you live, not only where the law requires it. Write to support@chrishowardtraining.com / support@chrishoward.com, and we will respond within 30 days.
This site and our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell the people affected rather than quietly updating this page.
