Certified Human Expansion Practitioner is conferred on completion: the certification fee, practice recordings you submit, and an assessment you pass. A seat can be given away without the credential losing a thing, because the seat was never what conferred it.

Advanced Human Expansion Practitioner
The results engine. Five live days, and the second rung of the same credential — not a separate qualification.
Expansion Mastery — 5 days
Master Human Expansion Practitioner
Master-level results work. Component certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnosis are conferred here, as constituents of the Human Expansion credential.
Speakers Immersion — 7 days

Platform skill — carrying a message to a room and holding it. A speaking credential, distinct from the trainer track.
